Coaching for Change
Transition within business is one that if co-ordinated and managed giving individuals support through it can enhance business performance. However if not planned and all the areas not considered then despite the change being correct for the future direction of the business, can create more problems. People leading change have their own needs, but these are often lost on the complexities of supporting everyone else through the change process.
Leaders of change are most effective when they are able to pay attention to their own needs within the transition. Time to think through the implications of change for themselves, think more creatively about how to deal with unforeseen difficulties, is often in short supply. Transition coaching supports senior managers on a short term basis as they grapple with the complexities of change within their organisation.
The coaching process will provide a confidential relationship in which the leader is challenged and supported to bring the best thinking they can to generating and considering organisational implications of change.
