Diane is clearly a competent professional who inspires trust. We agreed a clear contract and expectations up front and she was quickly able to identify what my main issues were which I needed support in addressing. She was also skilled in quickly recognising the organisational context in which I was working. She was able to coach me in a way that enabled me to then continue coaching myself so I didn’t become dependent on her. The strategies she employed were sustainable. She was skilled in challenging me and giving me feedback; furthermore, I enjoyed working with her.'
