DISC profiling
There is no right or wrong profile, each personality type has its own strengths and limitations. The assessment is a self assessment so it reflects their perception in a particular environment. The DISC profile measures normal behaviour and personality preferences. The profile is time sensitive and should be taken in approximately 7 minutes. It is important that decisions to recruit or promote individuals should not be based on the outcome of the profile alone.
DISC profiling was developed by Dr. William Marston, one of the foremost psychologists of the 20th century. He studied the characteristics, patterns and responses of thousands of individuals. His research was based around the way individuals respond depending on their environments. He wrote “The emotions of normal people “. From his research he was able to develop a tool that was capable of measuring human responses to various stimuli – the Polygragh Machine.
The DISC profiles are generated electronically, interpreting the information completed on line. Natures Coaching will work with you to gain maximum benefit from using the DISC profiling. Assisting with interpretation, how it can be used to aid individual and business performance, ensuring that maximum benefit is obtained with these gained insights.
