Working individually with a coach will develop the skills required for enhancing your resilience.
After an initial diagnostic, to ascertain your areas of strength and development the coach will work on a unique coaching plan to enable you to maximise your strengths and enhance those weaker areas.
In between each session you will feel confident to try new techniques and approaches to help the continual building of all aspects of resilience.
