OD Team coaching assignment

We were assigned to coach 4 OD Senior Consultants and the Senior Manager. They were are being affected by the changes with the NHS, although they weren't sure how and in what way. We worked with the team over a year to support them with exploring their career aspirations, their leadership approach and help them work through where and how they were going to best place themselves for future roles.

Each individual had a different requirement and coaching sessions were flexible to suit their needs giving them safe thinking time to fully explore their thoughts and feelings before helping them move forward through the ever changing NHS agenda.
