He has had a successful 10 year career as a recruitment consultant delivering senior assignments within the retail, financial, and professional services industries before moving in-house as a talent specialist. His most recent role was Head of Talent for a travel technology organisation, reporting into the Executive Chairman, with responsibility for the design and delivery of the full talent strategy. Responsibilities included influencing cultural change, values creation and integration, design and introduction of leadership competencies and behaviours, employee engagement, and leadership development up to board level.
